BlueOps Field App ("the App") is a field service management application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

2. Permissions and Data

The App may request the following permissions to provide its features:

• Camera — To capture photos and videos of completed work for job documentation. Photos and videos are uploaded to your organization's account and are not used for other purposes.
• Microphone — To record audio with videos when documenting work. Recordings are stored with your organization's job records.
• Photo library / Storage — To select existing images for job documentation. Selected images are uploaded only to your organization's account.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected through the App (including photos, videos, and job-related information) is used to provide field service management features, such as job tracking, estimates, and client communication. Data is stored securely and is accessible only to your organization and authorized users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers (e.g. hosting, email) necessary to operate the App, under appropriate agreements.
